Continuously measure employee satisfaction
With Nostradamus you can continuously measure employee satisfaction. After each shift, simply and quickly! When clocking out, the employee chooses one of the 5 smileys to indicate how he/she experienced the working day. This ensures a high response rate, as the employee is already at the clock screen. Moreover, immediately after the shift, the employee has a clear picture of how he/she experienced the working day.
eNPS
The Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is a measure of how positive employees are about their work. The eNPS is calculated automatically by Nostradamus. The promoters (2 most positive options) are added up, the detractors (2 least positive options) are subtracted. The result is divided by the total number of reactions. The resulting percentage is called the eNPS score.
Dashboard
The eNPS score is automatically calculated by Nostradamus and presented in a dashboard. Here you can see the satisfaction trend per department or team. Furthermore, you can zoom in on a report with the satisfaction entered and quickly analyse where improvements can be made.
Notifications
When an employee has a negative experience on a working day, you obviously want to be able to anticipate this quickly. That’s why you can set the option to receive an immediate notification when an employee indicates that he/she did not have a good working day.
Personal progress
The staff card of an employee shows the trend of the past satisfaction measurements of that employee. In addition, you can create an overview per employee of all entries within a certain period so that you can see how satisfied the employee is.
